Casa com 2 Quartos em Serra Negra

Great.

The location is worth knowing about if you're arriving by bus: it's around 5 km from the center, so you'll need a car app to get around. The breakfast is in the main building only, served during a short window, with limited choices, and nothing was replenished while we were there. Our accommodation was actually in an annex farther down the street, rather than in the main hotel building, which surprised us at check-in. The chalet was clean, but the bathroom light was burnt out and the handheld shower kept falling, making it hard to bathe and leaving the water cold. The towels were very basic and felt like sandpaper, and the bed was hard. The hotel was clean and satisfactory overall, though I wouldn't call it good. I'm not sure I'd come back.

The whole team was so polite, and the room service was excellent. The pools were all very clean, too, and breakfast was great. I highly recommend it. A score of 1,000!

It's a welcoming inn with a good breakfast, and it does accept pets. But it's not really pet-friendly, haha, since pets can hardly go anywhere inside the inn. Without a pet, it's very good.
