The receptionist was helpful, and the price seemed fair. I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

The breakfast is one of the things guests praise most. It's an optional buffet with a good spread, including regional choices, and costs extra. Staff are another plus, often described as attentive, helpful, and well trained. Ibis Serra Talhada is a new, modern hotel that follows the usual Ibis standard. People often consider it one of the city's best lodging options, with good value for money. It's practically attached to the city's shopping center, so food, shopping, and entertainment are easy to reach. Rooms are functional and comfortable, with good sound insulation for a quiet night's sleep. Guests often praise the beds and air conditioning. The hotel welcomes pets and has a gym, a 24-hour bar with snacks, and private parking. The Ibis bathroom layout takes a little getting used to for some, since the sink is outside the shower and toilet area. Still, the cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location make Ibis Serra Talhada a highly recommended choice for business or leisure trips.

They charge you when you check in, so they should issue the invoice then too. Instead, they didn't give me the NF at check-in, and it never arrived by email or WhatsApp as agreed.

The room furniture was well put together, and the bed was comfortable. I had a good stay, and the hotel was up to standard. The TV was a good size and well placed. The bathroom stall was very small, though, and I think the sink should be in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. The parking area was really tight.

The rooms are still in good shape, and everything looks great. There's also plenty of free parking on site. The shopping center is right next door, with a Burger King there too. This feels like a European-style, typical Ibis. The shower has strong pressure and hot water, without the usual regional instant water heaters. For several hundred kilometers around, I don't know of another place with this kind of quality at such a reasonable price, currently €33-36. It feels like an oasis. Breakfast is included, but I'm not Brazilian and it isn't to my taste, so I've never eaten there. I'm very satisfied and would happily come back.
