The bathroom was worse than one at a bus station. It was filthy and unhygienic, with hair in the drain and a shower that didn’t work. There was a strong smell of Pinho Sol, as if it was being used to cover up the stench.

The service was poor. They said the room had a double bed, but it actually had two singles. When I complained, the response I got was, “You didn’t like it?”

I’ve been here for two months now, so go ahead and stay. The staff have treated me really well. Everything is always clean and organized too. Congratulations to the men and women working here, especially the ladies.

The room, bathroom, and shower were great. Breakfast, though, was very poor, with no options, and the nightly rate doesn’t match what you get.
