The rooms are thoughtfully designed with modern furniture, and the Executive rooms have a particularly interesting concept. The gym is well equipped and has a nice view, and the dry sauna is available all day. I had no problems during my stay, and the service was excellent, with an incredibly friendly team. Julio at the restaurant and bar was especially attentive and polite, and the food there was great. I also noticed they take extra care with the breakfast buffet, including a technician who collects samples for quality control. If you choose to eat raw eggs, that's your own risk. Paid valet parking saves time, and having someone handle the car is worth it to me. I saw complaints about the short walk from Ibis, but it's really not a big deal. If you want something nicer, stay at the Novotel. Novotel Sorocaba is recommended!

Everything else was as I expected, and breakfast was really good. Parking was valet, so a bit less convenient than parking yourself, but it wasn't an issue.

Breakfast turned out to be a nice surprise, with lots of choices and everything right on point. My room was a little small, but big enough for me, and it was very clean with all the things I needed. A really good stay. I'd recommend it.
