Blue Tree Towers Sorriso

My stays were disappointing both times I came here. I travel for work and stay at four or five different hotels each month, and this was the only one where asking for an invoice at checkout caused such a problem. The attendants got annoyed and said they wouldn't issue it, claiming it would arrive by email later. Ridiculous.

I had to sort this out before a 48-hour expense deadline, but the hotel still wouldn't provide an invoice for my stay. I paid by Pix and asked for it right away. At dinner, I mentioned it hadn't arrived. The next morning, I asked again and was told they wouldn't print a copy for me, only email it. At checkout around noon on February 12, 2026, I paid for my extra charges and asked for a receipt with my CPF. They said a third-party drinks company would send that, so, stressed by then, I said I didn't need the receipt for those charges. I asked once more for the accommodation invoice and was refused again. On February 13, I tried several times to reach them on WhatsApp with no reply. I called the landline, but manager ALINE wouldn't speak to me and had reception repeat that the invoice would be sent. I had booked one night by landline because nobody answered on WhatsApp. When I arrived, the reservation was listed for the wrong date. They did have a room, which I now consider unlucky. I checked in on February 11 and out on February 12, 2026, and paid by Pix.

The location is excellent, and the rooms were clean and neatly kept. Service was very good too, though the receptionists seemed bothered whenever we asked them for information.

They changed the hotel's name, but the room and facilities haven't improved. They said they'd email my invoice and never did. I don't live in town, and I couldn't get through when I tried calling. I can't recommend it.
