2/10
The menu looked like it had plenty of à la carte choices, but when I tried to order, only about 10% were available. Room service wasn't offered either, and nobody had told me that beforehand. The Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. I couldn't use the room phone to call reception, and WhatsApp only gave me automated replies, with no person to help. I also called reception from my cell several times without an answer. When I went to the lobby, I found the phones had been set to mute, so guests couldn't reach anyone that way. Given the hotel's setup and what it offers, I expected much better service and organization. These problems fell well below the basics I expect from a place to stay.

They didn't issue my invoice at checkout a month ago. I've spent the last two days trying to reach the hotel, but nobody answers the phones.

The facilities are good and the location is reasonable. I asked for an invoice at check-in and was told it would be issued at checkout. It took a while, but they did send it a few days later.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel has a good setup overall. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower, though I missed having a hair dryer. The air conditioning didn't cool very well, and the internet was awful. Breakfast was okay.

The room was roomy, with a big, cozy bed, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast had a good variety too. For the price, it compares really well with the other hotels in town.
