I've been staying at this hotel for more than eight years, and it's always been very good, even though I've seen management change a few times, haha. I do miss the little bar by the pool, where they used to have meal options. Hopefully the new management brings it back.

The TV was a huge letdown and has me wondering if I'll stay here again. The TVs aren't smart, and the signal is awful and full of static. At a hotel this expensive, I expected better, especially since a TV box costs around $200. The only way to watch shows is on your own phone. Disappointed. There are some good things too: the breakfast is wonderful, the pool is really pleasant and even seems heated, and the bed is comfortable. The shower is good, and the service was okay.

It feels like an older hotel, but it's well looked after and kept in good condition. Breakfast was pretty good. I just wish there were more gluten-free and lactose-free choices for people with intolerances.

Goldmen has taken over management and the hotel changed its flag. It's now called Goldmen Business Sorriso, and it's even better, with standards raised again. The best hotel in Sorriso!
