Márcio treated us so well from the very first contact, and the apartment was cozy too. The rough road to the inn, full of potholes, was the downside. I hope the city fixes it soon.

The apartments were the best part: very clean and everything felt brand new. The beach is close enough to walk to, and dona Fátima was very friendly. We had an enjoyable stay overall. I would have liked to know before booking that the place is in a community, even though it felt peaceful. The road is badly potholed, with some very large holes. The apartments are also at the foot of the hill, which would worry me during heavy rain.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and well organized, and Fátima made us feel welcome. It’s close to Maranduba if you’re looking for somewhere livelier, while Tabatinga is great for children. We’ve already added it to our plans.

The place is really pleasant, and it looks just like the pictures. Márcio welcomed us warmly and was attentive, with a real knack for hosting people who come to enjoy the beaches and some time away. I’m still staying here and plan to enjoy more of Ubatuba. I’d recommend choosing this inn.
