Do not stay here! This was the worst place I've ever stayed, filthy and unhealthy. I don't know how it's still open. I got trapped in the elevator, and then, when I went to bed, cockroaches were crawling on me. Turning on the air conditioner covered me in dust. The corridors had no lights and were very dirty. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

There's a pet clinic on the hotel's ground floor, and the service, space, and prices are all excellent. I recommend Anclivepa!

The rooms are quite comfortable, and the hotel is close to restaurants, a bakery, a bus stop, and the Praça do Relógio metro station. The corridors still have carpet, though, and the elevators are old. I had a terrible experience with the receptionist Inácio. He was completely rude and made clueless jokes and comments that weren't appropriate for someone at reception. His remarks and manner left me feeling uncomfortable.
