The ocean view was wonderful. Waking up and opening the window to that sea was lovely, and the small apartment was fully equipped. Service was very good, too. We had a minor issue with the lock, but it was sorted out quickly. The renovation work has left things a bit messy. Beyond that, the place itself was grimy, with dirt that seemed ingrained for months rather than construction dust. The towels were old and shedding lint. The separately priced breakfast looked appealing for the price, but at least on our day it wasn't good: the couscous was cold, and the fruit, cakes, and bread were exposed and already a bit stale. The ham had turned green. The tapioca made to order was good. I think things may improve once the renovation is finished.

The service was great, and the place was lovely. It was well located, comfortable, and clean, and I had no issues with anything.

It's a good hotel, but the area around the building looked poorly maintained and very dirty. It needs more care. There's even a small abandoned room with no door, which should be closed off to prevent mischief.

The rooms were in awful condition and smelled moldy. This could have been a wonderful hotel, but instead I'm upset about the state of the place. There wasn't even soap in the room. I'm still feeling sick and taking allergy medicine and other things. They really should have told us it was being renovated. Even so, they could have provided better conditions for guests. I don't recommend it.

It was hard to even rest in such an unhealthy-feeling place. The hotel seemed neglected, with poor maintenance and a dirty, uncared-for atmosphere. The room smelled unpleasant and had mold, while the pillows were stained and cleanliness was clearly lacking. The old, deteriorating building looked like it had been forgotten. The photos don't match what we found at all, and the stay didn't live up to the published reviews. It was a frustrating experience, with dirt, neglect, and no real comfort.
