The breakfast had lots of options, and I really liked it. João Victor was very helpful, and I was welcomed and looked after so well. Everything was nice and clean, and the room was neatly arranged. Thank you so much. See you again.
Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of variety. The room was clean and set up well, with a small kitchen and laundry area. There were no utensils or washing machine, though the hotel may offer services you can use.
The Wi-Fi was awful on every floor, and we couldn't use it. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet area was separate from the sink and extremely tiny, which made it uncomfortable and impractical. Breakfast was basic, and staff weren't keeping missing items replenished. If breakfast runs from 6 to 10, things that run out should be refilled during those hours. A pretty weak hotel. I don't plan to return.
The location was very good, but the air conditioning didn't work properly. When I arrived, the bathroom in my room was dirty.
It was comfortable, and the cleanliness was okay.
