Between Rio and SP, this clean hotel has secure underground parking and a good breakfast spread. I left my camera behind by accident, and they kindly helped coordinate a courier pickup. I'd stay here again and definitely recommend it.

I was really happy with my stay at Faro. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and all the employees gave exemplary service. There was some confusion with my reservation on my end, but they handled it so accommodatingly. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had two kinds of cereal, fruit, meats, cheeses, and local breads and cakes. The room was small but comfortable, with a clean, comfy bed. The air conditioning could have been better.

I can't really comment on prices since my company had a rate. My first floor room had a comfortable bed, decent pillows, and an excellent shower. Breakfast covered the basics, and there was free covered parking. All in all, a very nice stay.

I've been asking for days for an invoice from my stay, and without it I can't close my expense report. I tried reaching them by WhatsApp and email but got no response.
