Sg Palace Hotel

Great service, and both the breakfast and rooms were neat and spotless.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were attentive. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, juice, cold cuts, bread, cakes, fruit, jam, cereal, and butter. It seems the hotel is gradually updating its electronics. Since we stayed in 5 rooms, we saw that some had flat-screen TVs and split air conditioning, while others still had tube TVs and regular air conditioning. We also noticed that some locks had been replaced with ones that can't be opened from the corridor without a key, while other doors didn't have that security feature.

The service was wonderful, and everything was so clean and organized. My family and I loved our stay, and breakfast was outstanding. When we're back in Taubaté, we already know where we'll stay.

I hope I can come back with my family another time and enjoy more of the city. This trip was for a reason that wasn't a happy one. The staff were all so helpful, respectful, caring, and attentive, and the service was great. A special thank you to the housekeeper, whose name I unfortunately forgot, for being so kind to me. And thanks to Leonardo and Thiago for taking such good care of us from the reservation right through to when I left.
