Excellent!

The room was a good size, and the location was convenient. Dona Cláudia, who handles the cleaning, is wonderful and attentive. But the bathroom toilet was leaking. The room was for four people, yet they provided only one key, which limits guests' ability to come and go freely. It would help if there were a switch inside to open the gate, but there isn't one. The owner is not pleasant at all and makes quite a few complaints during the stay that have little or no basis. It interferes with guests' privacy and makes things uncomfortable.

The inn is simple but very well located beside Taubaté shopping mall. There isn't breakfast at the inn, but Padaria do Jarbas is nearby and has an excellent breakfast. The parking is below street level with room to maneuver. Service was courteous, and there was room service, though we didn't use it. The bed linen was clean, and the room had a fridge, microwave, and sink. It's a great price for families, with Wi-Fi and open TV channels. The nearby busy avenues leading to the mall are noisy, and there's nothing that can be done about it. The mall has everything, and the stay was worth it.

The price was okay for a short trip when you're getting up early. It's very close to the road, so there's a lot of noise. There's a Carrefour across the street, and the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and microwave.
