This old-style house felt nostalgic and was welcoming and comfortable. The people there were very attentive and helpful, like friends. Breakfast was more than enough, and sometimes they offer lunch for an extra charge. It was delicious and very affordable, almost symbolic. My room had air conditioning, so I didn't feel the heat of Terezinha. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow and sheets were very clean. There are lockable wardrobes in the rooms, though my stay was so relaxed I didn't need one. The bathrooms are basic and there are only two for the whole house, but they were always clean. Even with the house full, there was no competition for them. The central location meant bakeries, markets, a stationery shop, and pharmacies were close by. I walked everywhere without trouble, and Uber was also very cheap wherever I went.

We stayed for 9 days, and I'm grateful to Sr. Carlos for being such a kind, polite, and helpful person. Lúcia is the guesthouse's master chef, a wonderful person and an excellent cook. The place was clean and comfortable, with good service, a pleasant atmosphere, and great-tasting breakfast and meals. Thank you all for looking after me and my family during our stay. A big hug.

A friendly, family-style place with a really pleasant atmosphere. The owner was helpful and nice, and you can have lunch there for only 10,00 reais. There are just two drawbacks: the bathroom is outside the bedrooms, and there's no minibar in the room.

It's small, clean, and smells nice, with a cozy feel. Some rooms have air conditioning and others have fans. The annoying part is that guests arrive very early when nobody's at reception, so the doorbell keeps ringing.
