Qavi - Lagoa View

The view was beautiful and everything seemed perfect at first. Then the usual night rain came, and it was a nightmare: water poured through the ceilings in several places, right onto the beds. This wasn't just a few drops. I woke up soaked. Management was a disaster. There was nobody around, no receptionist, and they offered no solution. I came to rest and unwind, but had to deal with all this instead. I'm uploading videos so you can see for yourselves.

The room had a gorgeous view, and the place itself was excellent. It's in Tibao do Sul, and I'd highly recommend it.

The location was one of the best parts of my stay: close to the beaches of Pipa, yet tucked away somewhere peaceful to unwind after a day out. I loved the lagoon view and the calm atmosphere, and the well-kept outdoor area and pool at sunset made it especially relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and everything worked properly. One of the best stays I’ve had. I’d happily come back, especially for the good value and the chance to be close to nature in Tibau do Sul.

The pool is excellent, and the view from the leisure area is incredible. The place itself is beautiful, but that’s where the good points end. The room has no view, despite what was promised: the balcony faces the back of another flat and blocks the view of the Guarairas lagoon. It gets a lot of sun, so the air conditioner couldn’t keep up and we were hot. The large bed is there, but in this flat-style room the stove is much too close to where you sleep. There aren’t proper flat facilities either. The stove has pans with no handles, and its flame scorches the wall, which is dangerous. There were three of us, but only enough plates, cutlery, and glasses for two. The toaster didn’t heat up at all. The uncovered trash bin sits on the counter, which felt really unhygienic, especially when guests are told not to leave dishes out because they attract flies. What about the trash, then? There’s a TV, but it’s old and didn’t work properly online. I tried logging into Netflix, but the slow internet made it difficult. There’s only one employee on site trying to handle everything, and he can’t keep up. Security was another concern: there’s no reception, guests hold the front door key, and if someone forgets to lock it, the place is vulnerable. The front door is glass, too.
