The peaceful, leafy outdoor area made it easy to switch off, and the setting is quiet while still close enough to visit the beach and local attractions. Everyone was attentive and ready to help. The breakfast was a real treat, carefully prepared with plenty of variety, and the chalet was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well looked after, with everything we needed. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Definitely recommend it for comfort, hospitality, and a bit of calm.

The breakfast was such a lovely touch, beautifully arranged and clearly put together with care. Our stay here is easily among the five best places I’ve stayed. The whole place was organized and very clean, from the spotless bedding to the bath towels that smelled like home. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, the bathroom was well stocked, and the shower had strong water pressure. Wi-Fi worked everywhere and was fast. The person in charge was very polite and happy to help with anything. Hope everyone gets to enjoy a stay here as much as we did.

I never got to stay there. The day before my trip, my husband had to be hospitalized and undergo emergency surgery, and on check-in day we still had no idea when he’d be released. We live 2,600 km away and had dreamed of visiting PIPA. It was meant to be our first family trip, 11 days in the northeast, with four accommodations, a rental car, and LATAM boarding passes already issued. Then it all fell through because of this emergency. LATAM, foco locadora, and three of the places we’d booked understood how difficult things were for my family. I’m in my third trimester, looking after my hospitalized husband alone from a wire chair, while our three-year-old depends on friends for care because we have no family nearby. The flights, car rental, and nine nights at the other places were all refunded promptly. This was the only booking that wasn’t. After three days of trying to reach them, I was told it couldn’t be canceled because I’d chosen a non-refundable rate and they followed that policy. I don’t think a policy matters more than a customer’s health, well-being, or basic empathy. It may be legally allowed, but that doesn’t make it right. The stay never happened because of an unforeseen emergency, and it caused no cleaning, wear, breakfast, water, or electricity costs, and no bedding or towels needed washing after use. In my view, refusing a refund in these circumstances isn’t fair or moral. I also believe the consumer protection code considers this practice abusive, and that their cancellation policy isn’t legal. I spent exactly three days going through tests and surgeries and trying to get in touch. After 72 hours, I finally heard that they wouldn’t grant my cancellation request without fees.

Patrícia was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. The place has a relaxed, safe, family feel, and she made us a delicious breakfast. We arrived late in the afternoon and realized we’d booked the wrong dates, but she still took us in and helped us find somewhere else for the next few days since she already had guests booked then. I definitely recommend it. So grateful 🫰🏻💓

The chalets are roomy and really comfortable, but breakfast was the highlight. It’s served at an outdoor table, with coffee, milk, yogurt, bread, cake, couscous and sides, scrambled eggs, juice, and fruit. So good!
