Chalés da Estrada Velha

The chalet was large and very comfortable, with a giant bed, two showers, air conditioning to warm the room, and everything very clean. It’s surrounded by lush nature and wonderfully peaceful, just the place to relax and switch off. My family and I were warmly welcomed by Sr.Pedro, Bethi, and all the staff, who gave us all the help and support we needed. Breakfast was wonderful: perfectly made scrambled eggs, Bethi’s amazing cakes, quiche, pies, and, of course, fantastic pão de queijo. Sr. Pedro made it all with his blessed hands. I wholeheartedly recommend the place and thank everyone for their affection and care.

We spent a weekend here and found an incredible place. The chalet was well equipped, with nothing missing, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A wonderful find and great value for money!

Waking up to birdsong, with so many birds around, was wonderful. The pousada has a real connection with nature, and it’s a 10 minute drive from the center. I loved the chalet with its private pool. It had a kitchen with a stove and mini fridge, a very good shower, a wonderful bed, and fantastic linens. Everything was clean and well cared for. Breakfast had fresh pão de queijo and a wide variety of delicious cakes. Sueli gave us a warm, attentive welcome. I already want to go back!

We stayed in a chalet with a hot tub. The bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom had two showers and a huge tub. Outside was such a cute area, full of fruit trees. We even took some pears and persimmons home, haha. Breakfast was delicious too, and we were made to feel very welcome!
