Pousada Coração Inconfidente

The location is excellent, but although they say there’s parking, it’s quite far away and very disorganized. My room smelled nice when I arrived, but they didn’t change the towels during my stay, make the bed, or even empty the bathroom bin. I had to keep asking for everything, even a pillow replacement. The reception staff didn’t seem willing to help, and I had to carry my own bags to the room.

The location is good, but the room and bed are small, and the bathroom is tiny, with no handheld bidet spray. The shower is almost a joke, barely any water comes out. It’s not comfortable.

I stayed at this pousada for New Year’s 2025/26, and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and nicely put together, and breakfast was very good. The support team was so attentive. I especially want to mention the receptionist ÉRICA, who was really kind and helpful. The owner was there every day during my stay, and was approachable and pleasant. If you’re visiting Tiradentes MG, I recommend it for the location and prices.

They say they accept small pets, which seemed fine, but if you have two, you have to book two rooms because they won’t allow both in one. They also wouldn’t let me choose a two-night stay and insisted it had to be three.
