The inn was very good and everything was clean. But at checkout I saw an awkward situation: the receptionist asked a couple to pay R$ 120 for a bath towel stained with makeup. They obviously refused, and then she suggested the woman try washing the stain in the sink. Of course, it came out. I thought the charge was unnecessary, since we know makeup can take a little extra work to remove, but it does come out.

The room was simple but very clean, and the inn is close to the center. Breakfast was exceptional, with so many choices and everything delicious: condensed milk pudding, passion fruit mousse, several kinds of cake, and perfect cheese bread. Cacau was attentive to every detail and did everything with care. She was helpful and friendly too.

The location is excellent, and you can do almost everything on foot. Our room was new, spacious, and clean, the staff were polite and kind, and breakfast was varied and really tasty.

We didn’t like our stay. There was a cockroach in the room, and it scratched, and a door opening into the room was extremely dusty and had leaves around it. The one advantage was being close to the center. The shower took about ten minutes to heat up.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the service was kind. Breakfast was well organized, had a good variety, and everything tasted good.
