The location made it easy to walk to the center, and the guesthouse was very peaceful. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well looked after, too. Everyone was polite and attentive, and breakfast was spectacular, with lots of variety. I loved it. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

The staff were good, and I have no complaints about the team. Breakfast was good and prepared that day, especially the pastel and cheese bread. The place is also close to the center. I stayed in room 10, and there were several problems there. A hole in the wall had been left after the air conditioner was replaced. The bathroom had an old rug, a trash bin with no foot pedal, and a shower with very hot piped water and no warning, which could be dangerous, especially for children. The bathroom drain also seemed to have a problem.

The location is good and the guesthouse may have potential, but it felt abandoned. We were disappointed after relying on the positive Booking reviews and photos, which didn’t match the place we stayed. The structure wasn’t freshly painted like the pictures suggested, and suite 21 was in terrible shape: cracked walls, very old sheets, and a dirty pillowcase on the double bed. The shower was broken, part of the shower enclosure was missing, water wouldn’t drain, there was a stain on the floor, and the faucet wouldn’t close, so water kept running. The air conditioner was so dirty we couldn’t use it. Breakfast the next morning was awful, with no options and nothing replenished. The women working there seemed lost and directionless, which gave the impression of poor management. The same complaints have apparently been around for months without being addressed. My advice is to read the reviews and leave feedback. My family and I were frustrated by what we felt were fake, “bought” reviews on a platform.

The guesthouse is large and the rooms are spacious, but I was very disappointed by the disorganization and lack of cleanliness. I chose it mainly because I was traveling with a child who loves swimming, and I paid more for the pool. We arrived at 4 p.m., even though check-in starts at 2 p.m., and the room was still messy and unclean, so I had to wait. The pool was filthy, with a film on top, dust, bugs, and leaves, and it couldn’t be used. I asked several times about cleaning it. They said they couldn’t find the pool attendant, that he’d forgotten, and that sometimes the kids get in early before he can clean. I explained why I’d booked, but got no resolution. We stayed two days, and they never cleaned the pool. The rooms smelled musty. The furniture was poorly cared for, the pillows were awful, and the bedding was very worn. They didn’t clean our room or take out the trash during those two days.
