There aren't even basic snacks available, so you have to bring food or make it yourself. No breakfast, lunch, or dinner is provided. The buggy rides, fishing, and horseback rides shown as activities weren't offered, and there weren't even any horses. The place felt abandoned and nothing like the photos. There was just one caretaker couple looking after everything, with no other staff. A terrible experience. They'd be better off closing than offering this kind of service.

The pool was dirty, with frog droppings all over the place, and there was nobody around to help. The property was filthy and seemed abandoned, nothing like we expected from the online advertising. The reality was completely different. Worst experience.

There's no food provided and nowhere to park the vehicles. The place is far from town and badly neglected. I wouldn't recommend it.

The shared kitchen was dirty and poorly looked after, and the only person working there was the caretaker, who seemed to have to do everything. I felt bad for her. This isn't really a hotel anymore, they rent out the rooms and leave guests to manage on their own. There's no food, and breakfast costs extra. It was very basic, with hard bread and old fruit. There's no iFood service. The grounds feel neglected, even though the place has a lot of potential. There were no tours or trails like the website said.

We were welcomed so warmly by Ivani and her husband. The place is quiet and cozy, with no noise at all, and the breakfast is delicious 😋. A lovely spot to relax with the family. Really good, I'd recommend it to everyone!
