Arua Pousada Boutique

The pool area was such a nice place to unwind, with plenty of chairs, little sofas, loungers, umbrellas, and a comfy swing. The bar was good too. Our room was really comfortable, with soft beds, cozy blankets, a large wardrobe, and a handy safe. We also had a lovely sea view from the balcony, and the bathroom shower was great. The inn felt safe and was in a convenient spot, close to everything. It has modern facilities and beautiful decor, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was left spotless and tidy. Breakfast had lots of good choices. The staff were always polite and helpful, including when we contacted them on WhatsApp before our stay. We’d definitely come back, it’s a wonderful inn.

The sewage smell in the rooms was really unpleasant. The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the service felt indifferent and staff were not very helpful. The older man working at night was an exception. He was attentive and moved us to another room because of the smell. The women who handled breakfast and cleaning also shouldn’t be blamed for the low rating. The men at reception clearly need training. There’s nothing “boutique” about this hotel. I’d suggest paying a little more for a better service experience.

The breakfast was a letdown, with few choices and no refills. We went in the low season, in April 2026, so I think that may explain it, but it still doesn’t justify it when the room cost more than R$400.00 a night. The inn itself has good facilities and a comfortable room. The terrace is a pleasant spot with a pool and a bar area, though the bar was closed. They also provide beach chairs and an umbrella to take with you, which is great.

A peaceful, pleasant place, with attentive and helpful staff. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a sun umbrella. The bed and bath linens were excellent.
