Great, welcoming service, good breakfasts, and a comfortable pousada in a perfect spot. It’s just steps from the beach through the mangroves, and I even walked back from the Quadrado a few nights. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 10 days in the ground-floor bungalow facing the garden, and it felt like home. The place was spotless and very safe, and everything from the comfort and location to breakfast and service was perfect. My daughter loved the brownie, and the women would lovingly make sure there was some for her at breakfast. The walk to the nearby beach is beautiful, and breakfast in the cozy space surrounded by flowers and greenery was wonderful. Adrian was always ready to help, and Vanessa and Neide were so kind and helpful. I hope to be back soon.

We stayed from 27 Dec 2014 to 03 Jan 2015, and it was so peaceful at night that from the upper apartments’ balcony you could hear only the waves. The pousada is 50m from the beach, reached by a path right alongside it, where there are several stalls with good food and drinks and very calm water. It’s 400m from the Quadrado along an unpaved road, or a two-minute drive. It felt very safe both day and night. We liked all the people there, from the owners Adrian and Estela to the staff, who were attentive and helpful. The place was clean and breakfast was good, though it could use a few additions. I recommend it!

For peace and quiet, this is an excellent choice. It’s 50m from Praia dos Nativos, surrounded by nature, and the setting feels very comfortable and safe. The airy rooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, a TV, a minibar, and good storage space. Breakfast is excellent. I recommend it completely.

The location was excellent, very close to Praia dos Nativos, and the setting was peaceful and surrounded by nature. We had a great few days there, with the pousada reserved for our family. The staff were all so friendly, welcomed us warmly, helped with anything we needed, and made us feel at ease. A great option in Trancoso.
