OYO Hotel Manoá

Fantastic.

Great.

I was outraged by how unprepared this hotel seemed. The air conditioning was broken, there wasn't proper parking for all the cars, and there weren't towels for the couple. When we asked, the hotel simply said it had no clean towels. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a yellow, urine-smelling toilet seat, and the bed linen smelled bad; the curtains were torn too. We even found a Pasteur pipette in the bathroom, which says a lot about the lack of hygiene. I was surprised it was rated three stars, since in my view it shouldn't have any. I'd rather camp than stay somewhere like this.

The service was very good, and there is parking. In the room, the beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and adjustable hot and cold settings. There was also air conditioning, a hair dryer, outlets, and a multi-channel TV. Breakfast was the weak point.
