Pousada Pináles

The room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked perfectly. We had a lovely day there, and the breakfast was just right for two, with everything tasting very good. Check-in was easy and relaxed. Thanks for having us, we’d definitely recommend it.

The hot tub was excellent, and so was breakfast. Seu Roberto was a wonderful host, and the inn itself was great too.

We stayed in the Araucária chalet for all of Carnival 2025 and had such a good experience. The place is lovely, and Roberta and Sr. Roberto gave us incredible support throughout. Our dog has trouble getting around, so he couldn’t join us for full days out. Sr. Roberto stayed with him on the mornings we went exploring so he wouldn’t be left alone. He really takes care of his guests. Everything in the chalet feels thoughtfully arranged with care. It’s also less than five minutes from downtown Visconde de Mauá, which made getting around the area easy. We loved our stay and would stay at Pináles again if we return to Viscondo.

Breakfast brought to the room was wonderful, and the whole stay felt charming. Roberta sent us helpful information online about the inn, places to visit, restaurants, and delivery options. Roberto welcomed us warmly, and check-in and checkout were straightforward. We’re grateful to them both and will certainly come back. I’d happily recommend the inn.
