Apartamento Sun Way com piscina, churrasqueira e play ground

The place was awful. When I arrived, it was very dirty, the pillow smelled like cat urine, the air conditioner kept shutting off, and there was an overwhelming cigarette smell. I swept the room myself, then we went to bed. Later I found a cockroach on the kitchen floor. I got up, bought bath towels and bedding because the ones provided were terrible and even had cigarette burns on them. The next day, while I was working from home, a rat came into my room. I found it eating my package of bread on the table where I’d left my breakfast. When I yelled, it ran under the bed. I have a real fear of rats and cockroaches, so I left the room immediately and ran outside. I contacted the host, who said they’d send someone to plug the holes. Holes? I wanted someone to get rid of the rat. I asked to move to another house, since the host has several, but was told none were available. This is hugely disrespectful. They won’t reimburse me for the cleaning supplies, bedding, or towel I had to buy. That’s outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The host, FLÁVIA FRIAS, was extremely rude, unbearable, and completely out of control.

The pools are small for a place that gets so many tourists, and during the season they aren’t cleaned every day. When I visited, the elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry my bags up the stairs to the fifth floor. It’s far from the beaches. The entrance by the gate is narrow, and the streets there are tight and have open drains, making it hard to walk around. There’s another pedestrian gate with access to a bus stop and a bakery, which is better, but it opens onto the very busy Osvaldo Cruz highway. I don’t recommend it.

Flávia, this condo is so wonderful I didn’t even want to leave, haha. Everything was great, especially you. You were so attentive and I really appreciate it. At first I thought it might be a scam, but it’s all real and lovely, from the apartment owner to the doormen. I definitely recommend it, and I’ll come back. I’ve already told more people about it 😍

The staff really stand out for being polite and friendly. The condo is excellent, always clean and organized.
