The location was excellent, but communication and several parts of the stay left us dissatisfied. Check-in had no flexibility, and the room was extremely hot. Some rooms have air conditioning, while others only have a fan, but the listing mentioned only a fan. If it had said that some rooms had air conditioning, I would have booked one. The room we got had only a fan and was very hot. At check-in, the employee was polite, but first directed me to a room that wasn’t what I had booked. I’d asked for one double bed, but was told it would be a bunk-bed room. It turned out to have a double bed plus a bunk bed, which cost more even though I hadn’t requested that setup. I ended up switching rooms with my friend’s sister, who needed that configuration and had actually paid less than I had. The parking arrangement was another issue. I understood the spaces to be shared on a rotating basis, with indoor spots assigned by arrival order. At check-in I was simply told my spot would be outside. None of the messages or instructions we’d received mentioned this, which was frustrating. The quiet-hours request also made little sense. I know Ubatuba’s municipal quiet law runs until 10 p.m., but there was a notice asking for silence from 8 p.m. The barbecue area can be used until 10 p.m., so it’s hard to use the leisure area without making any noise. We were there over a weekend with eight children, and around 8:30 p.m. an employee came over to show us a message from another guest complaining about the children’s noise. It was very awkward. It’s a shame, because the place could be a great place to stay. These inconsistencies and communication problems made the experience negative, and we wouldn’t consider returning. Thank you.

We had a good stay in December/25 and would come back because it’s good value. The location for the beach is great, it was clean, the paint looked new, the furniture was nice, and the shower had strong, warm water. The receptionist was friendly and showed us the room. A couple of things could be better. The parking spot is tight and hard to maneuver into, and we were on the top floor, with several flights of stairs and no elevator. The ceiling fan is good, but doesn’t move enough air for such a large space, so it got a little warm. Moving the bed closer to the fan helped us sleep better.

The location is great, close to everything, with shops on one side of the avenue and the studio 200 meters from Enseada beach. The furnishings are excellent, and the place is quiet and clean. The staff were welcoming and very polite. The two-burner electric stove could be better, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good. Still, I liked the place a lot overall.

The Wi-Fi was awful, but everything else was good.
