The house was very clean and airy, with plenty of room for people on the beds, sofas, and shared-area tables. We were eight and felt comfortable with four bathrooms and three showers, and it could easily fit 10-12. The owners were very attentive and easy to reach. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the appliances we needed worked properly. The pool, common areas, and entrance gate are close to the house. You can walk to Enseada in about 10 minutes, Santa Rita in 15, and Perequê Mirim in around 8.

Being in a gated community made the trip feel much more relaxed. It’s in Praia da Enseada, Ubatuba, SP, and about 50 meters from BR 101, the main route to the beaches along the north coast, especially around Ubatuba. Praia da Enseada is geared toward families, particularly those with small children. Along the highway there are supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, and restaurants. Ubatuba is about 8 km away, less than a 10-minute drive.

The community is well organized, and the house is clean and cozy, a good fit for families. There are three lovely beaches just minutes away, so we didn’t even need to move the car.
