I had an Airbnb problem and needed a hotel for the first night, so I booked this nearby one. It turned out to be a great stay, thanks to the friendly, helpful people who welcomed us and served breakfast. Stairs are difficult for me, and they arranged a first-floor room when I asked. It faced the main road by Itaguá beach, so there was inevitably some noise; I can’t say whether the other rooms are quieter. Even so, I’d recommend them for the comfortable room and great service.

The breakfast was just okay, with a continental selection and no eggs. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the front rooms have a beautiful ocean view.

The staff were attentive, but breakfast was disappointing and very limited. There were only pork cold cuts, ham and mortadella, with mozzarella as the sole option for guests who don’t eat pork. We were told the owner didn’t want to buy chicken or turkey breast.

The service really won me over. When I realized I’d booked the wrong check-in and check-out dates, Daniel went out of his way to help us switch to the dates we needed, even at the last minute. He was so understanding and dedicated. On our last day, a Sunday, we asked if we could leave around 1:40 instead of noon. They first gave us that extra time, then messaged while we were enjoying the beach to say we could stay until 4. That let us rest a little longer before driving back to SP, and I’m extremely grateful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Hotel Villa Di Rimini. The hotel was immaculate, with comfortable rooms, AC, and gas-powered showers. Breakfast felt welcoming, with staff who took great care of everything; there were plenty of fruits, fresh juices, breads, and different sweets. There’s a pool with loungers in a very peaceful area, the view is beautiful, and restaurants and markets are close enough to walk to. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a restful, quality stay in Ubatuba.
