I wouldn't recommend them, even to my dog. They were very attentive when I contacted them and paid half the amount, but when an unexpected problem came up and I needed to reach them, they disappeared. If you cancel, you lose all your money, even though there's no cancellation fee. That happened to me, and I think it's completely wrong.

They give you all the attention before you pay. But if something unexpected happens and you need help afterward, they vanish and don't even reply. I wouldn't recommend them. They're awful and only seem interested in taking your money.

It's an inexpensive hostel, but still cozy. The service was excellent, they gave me their full attention, and explained clearly how everything works. A really good place.

Our friend's parents welcomed us, and they were so kind. The place itself felt really cozy.
