Excellent!

We stayed during the first week of January and Maria and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and neatly arranged, and it's very close to the beach. I highly recommend it 👍🏼

The guesthouse has newer facilities and cable TV, and overall there are several things it could improve to make guests happier, especially around details that other places provide. I don't mind some comforts or extras being absent, but guests should be told about that upfront. A few things worked well: the location is close to the beach, the price was much lower than guesthouses in the central area or Itaguá, and when I suggested a change to the breakfast items, they agreed right away. There are some points to improve. Room service only comes if you ask, and they don't collect the trash. You'll need to take it yourself to a bin in the parking lot. Bring soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and toilet paper. They provided just one roll, and during my three-day stay I had to buy more. The gate is secured with a padlock, which makes it difficult to drive out. Staff don't come out to open it, so you'll have to get out of your car to open and close it yourself. The room also had no air conditioning. We were told it was being arranged.

The guesthouse is only a few steps from the sea, practically with the ocean as its backyard. Everything was beautiful and extremely clean, and Maria, Luciano, and the whole team were attentive, always ready to help. They made us feel at ease and were happy to chat with us. They also gave us great recommendations through their partners. I really recommend staying somewhere this cozy. Thanks for everything, team!
