The room had several issues when we arrived: the light was burned out and had a loose connection, the shower stall door wouldn’t close properly, and some blankets smelled like they’d been used by other people and not washed. Worst of all, the leaks kept getting worse in the rain. Water ran down the walls and soaked the beds and furniture. For what we paid, I expected more. The photos give a pretty misleading impression. The inn itself is cute and tidy, and Flávia gave very good service. Breakfast was okay. The location is handy, close to both the beach and downtown Ubatuba. The beach is beautiful, with clear water and few waves, plus food kiosks and chairs and umbrellas for rent.

The beds were really comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but Flávia got it sorted so quickly, which showed how much she cares about treating guests well. The breakfast was generous, with plenty of variety. We were well looked after from the moment we made the reservation over WhatsApp. We recommend the pousada and will definitely be back 👍👍

Getting to the beach was easy and convenient, and the setting felt so cozy with lovely decor. Everyone welcomed us warmly and was incredibly friendly, always ready to make our stay comfortable. I hope I can return someday!
