The mattresses were good, and the sheets were clean and neatly pressed. There’s a small tube TV with cable and a clear picture in each room, plus a fan. It’s a very basic place across from the university. They rent rooms with bathrooms to some students, then let the extra rooms by the night. There’s no breakfast or garage. Students who rent monthly use the shared kitchen. I’m not sure if nightly guests can use it, though I think it might be fine. The woman in charge is easygoing. A good option if you’re trying to save money.

The owner is very kind, and there’s Wi-Fi. This is a simple, clean and safe place with a decent bed, TV, fan, towels and a private bathroom in the rooms. Guests can also use a shared kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and water filter, along with a washing machine and an iron. There’s no garage. I recommend it!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable, with fair prices for both nightly and monthly stays. I paid 50 reais for one night. I highly recommend it. Here’s the owner sirlane’s WhatsApp: 034996967949.

Good value, in a handy location. The room was really clean, and the atmosphere felt family-oriented. Very good.

Affordable and good. There’s paid parking across the street, or you can leave your car on the street in this quiet area.
