Leonardo at reception really made a difference for us. When my husband needed medicine, he kindly helped us find a pharmacy phone number, and his friendly, excellent service surprised us. I wish more staff were like him.

We had a lovely breakfast at the Graal restaurant, and the room was spacious enough for an extra mattress, which they let us add. The hotel was clean, tidy, and convenient, right on the highway leaving Uberaba. I really liked it.

If you need internet, use your own. The hotel's connection is terrible. When I asked about it, they said there was a signal, but there was no access.

I was in room 15, right by the hotel entrance, and the noise through the night was the worst part. Light comes in too, even with the curtains closed, so it was hard to sleep.

The reception staff were very helpful, both during the day and at night. Breakfast is shared with the Graal restaurant, though, and buses arrive around the same time, so it gets a bit chaotic.
