We stayed as a couple in December 2018. The apartment was nicely arranged, and I found the washing machine and iron especially useful extras. There are supermarkets nearby, but we didn't like the location: it's far from downtown and in a dangerous neighborhood of Uberlândia.

I’ve stayed here several times. Júnior is always courteous and attentive, and really open to new ideas and suggestions as he tries to meet what guests need. The rooms are very tidy and clean, with parking in front of the Flats and along the side. They have everything for making a good mineiro meal, including a fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, and washing machine. It feels almost like being at home while away. Thanks so much, Júnior, for being so welcoming and for sorting out the mattress so quickly and willingly. I’m very grateful.

The location is good, the service is good, and the furniture is in good shape and works well. One thing that could be improved is the faucets. They don't work properly, especially the ones by the washing machine and in the bathroom.

I'm staying here now, and it's peaceful with easy access to places around town. There are squares and parks nearby too, and I have no complaints. They clean the place once a week.

The place was clean and really nice, but the electrical installation left a lot to be desired.
