Hotel Dan Inn Uberlândia by Nacional Inn

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel felt safe. Its central location put restaurants and important places I needed to visit within walking distance. There’s a pool, though it could be cleaner, and the sauna was out of service for maintenance during my stay. One thing that made me uncomfortable was the bathroom window: it wasn’t tinted enough, so people in other buildings or on higher floors could see in, even though my room was on a higher floor. I really appreciated that breakfast starts at 5:00 a.m. It helped a lot because I had an early dentist appointment the next morning. The staff were friendly and professional. One receptionist told me about her travels abroad, which made me feel a connection, and Anna handled my passport details quickly at check-in so I could get to my room and rest. I stayed at Dan Inn Hotel in Uberlândia from Sunday, January 25th, checking out early on the 26th, a day after staying at a National Inn hotel. I later found out Dan Inn is part of the same National Inn group in Brazil. The two hotels have some similarities, but there were clear differences despite one being in a historical city and the other in a large city. Dan Inn’s room setup was more modern, with a smart TV I could connect my phone to and relax with, unlike the older TV system I’d experienced at National Inn. The bathroom was modern too, with a proper drain that didn’t need to be opened or closed by hand. This turned out to be an unexpectedly positive stay.
