Check-in and checkout were fast, and we had no trouble staying with our pet since pets are allowed. It's convenient for travelers near the highway, but still quiet, even on the lower floors.

The location is convenient, and the Ibis brand itself is nice, but the service was terrible. The corridors were dirty, the bartender manager was very rude, and the people there were really rough. Such bad service overshadows the good location and brand.

We booked two nights, but the room had a really strong, awful smell that made me nauseous. I complained to the staff, and they said the hotel was full so they couldn't move us to another room. It was a very unpleasant situation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The kitchen, bar, and common areas were particularly nice, and the accommodations were generally good. But there are much better rooms for the same price in the same neighborhood, so I don't think this stay was worth it.

There’s a mall, a supermarket, and a churrasqueria nearby, so the location worked really well. The hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was available.
