Lym Flat Hotel

We stayed one night before continuing our trip. Pedro handled our check-in and made us feel extremely welcome. He really stood out. The hotel is well located, and our room was large, clean, and comfortable. There were only a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The breakfast was delicious, and my wife especially loved it. There’s parking, though the ramp is tight. My compact car could maneuver through it, but be careful on the turn at the entrance, since it’s easy to scrape your car.

The rooms are spacious and decent, but the parking is a serious problem. The entrance is so narrow that you’ll probably scrape your car. I even wonder whether it meets the minimum dimensions required by the city. Unless you want the frustration of driving in and out, it’s not worth it. I don’t see an issue if you arrive by Uber, though. Check-in also takes a long time, so arrive early. Doing their advance check-in didn’t make any difference.

The stay became unbearable, so we switched hotels even though we lost the money. The sheets seemed to have been washed with a product that made me itch all night, and the mattress was extremely hard. The service was terrible, and the garage was unsuitable too. To top it off, they said they couldn’t find the phone charger I’m sure I left there.

The location and accommodation were excellent, but some staff were very poorly prepared to deal with guests. At 11 a.m. on 07-12-25, I came downstairs and saw the breakfast room still set up. I went in to get a broa, and a woman working at reception stopped me angrily, saying breakfast was over and I wasn’t allowed in. I wasn’t asking anyone to serve me, and it wasn’t outside breakfast hours. I just wanted to take a broa that was still on the table. The way she treated me was absurd and left me very embarrassed. I can’t recommend the hotel because of how some employees treat people.
