The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the café staff were awful. They told me when breakfast ended, and I arrived half an hour before that, yet there wasn’t even any coffee left. It’s a shame. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family or children, and they should pay more attention to this.

Whether you’re traveling with your family for work or a holiday, Hotel São Francisco is a great place to stay. The team is excellent and ready to help, and breakfast is very good. You’re welcome here.

The city is great, but the hotel was terrible. Check-in took ages, and the staff seemed unprepared. The room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned between nights. The toilet was broken, the shower was old and poor, and the air conditioner remote didn’t work. Staff offered no solution. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The service gets a 10, and the rooms are comfortable. It’s an excellent hotel in a great location, with a delicious breakfast.
