At sunrise, the view looks like something from a movie. You can follow green trails down to the beach, then spend the afternoon in the pool or hot tub, or watch a film in either of the two living rooms. The third floor takes a few extra steps to reach, but the quiet, the view, and the ping-pong table make it worth it. There’s also a dedicated barbecue area with a bathroom, grill, and sink. The people who clean the house and look after the pool were especially thoughtful. Having needed items delivered was a real plus around New Year’s, when traffic gets so congested. The kitchen has a coffee maker and blender, though next time I’ll bring a larger thermos, a manual chopper, and a mandoline, since I missed having those. We’re already planning our next adventure.
