The staff are really friendly and helpful, but there are quite a few problems with the room. The pillows are paper thin, the towels are worn out, and the TV picture is terrible despite having a few cable channels. The outlets look old and dirty, and plugs sit loosely in them, which could cause an accident. The showers are hard to use because water sprays in every direction. Breakfast could be better too, with real juice instead of Tang. Even the orange juice is Tang. Noise is a huge problem. The hotel may not be able to do much about it since it comes from the street, but guests should know: cars and motorbikes go by constantly, some very loud, and sleeping is really difficult.
