Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. There didn’t seem to be any staff around, and the restaurant was closed, so I can’t really comment on the food. No hot water either. Honestly, you’d be better off staying in a tent.

The breakfast was good, and my luxury room had a queen bed, a coffee machine, and a bottle of water from the hotel. But for 200 reais a night, I expected a nicer stay. The hotel needs more staff: I couldn’t even order a simple sandwich because the kitchen couldn’t handle requests from several rooms at once. I could hear the people next door through the thin wall, which was uncomfortable, and my pillow smelled bad.

I spent 10 days here and found the staff friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to "Renan" for arranging customized food and making the atmosphere welcoming. He was active, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work. He even helped me find my headphones after I checked out. The hotel is spacious and comfortable compared with nearby options, and it’s well placed in the industrial zone. There’s a large lake right across from the hotel, with plenty of birds and a nice spot for a morning walk. Breakfast has a moderate selection and could be improved a little. I had a comfortable stay and plan to return.

Getting around is a concern here. It’s in the middle of an industrial neighborhood, taxis and Ubers are limited, and everything seems far apart in this city, so you’ll need your own wheels. The breakfast is tasty, with all the usual choices, though nothing fancy. Lunch was disappointing: simple meals at high prices. Cleaning also needs attention. The corridor carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time, there were spiderwebs on my room ceiling, and the reception hall had constant footprints from water spilling by the front door.
