Dr. Marinho Apart Hotel

Really good.

I stayed here in December 2025. It’s an apart hotel that offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is simple, but the food is good and made fresh that day, so it does the job. The rooms were clean and tidy. One thing to check is the noise from the air conditioner’s water. Parking was the downside. If you arrive late, you may not find a space at the hotel or on the street.

The accommodation is very clean, and I like staying here. The staff are polite, and breakfast is very good. Still, the service needs some improvement. I wouldn’t mind staying again, but there’s noise late at night, with guests and staff talking loudly in the hallways and disturbing people who are asleep. I also had to wait at checkout while they searched the room to see if anything was missing. On my previous stay, I’d reported a broken glass myself and offered to pay, even though I didn’t know if there would be a charge. This time, I broke one of the glasses kept in the room and had to pay 24,00 for it. I know I shouldn’t leave anyone out of pocket, but that much for a simple tall glass feels like extortion.

This was my second stay, and the room was worse this time. The mattress was awful, the shower barely had any water coming out, and both the shower and bathroom sink taps were loose.
