Porto Residence

The host is very helpful, and when the apartment is available earlier, he lets me check in early at no extra charge. The location is excellent. I stay there regularly, and the issues depend on which of the seven rooms I get. Some bathrooms have shower-stall leaks that leave the floor outside wet, and some of the mattresses are in pretty bad shape. It’s not every room.

A very practical, comfortable apartment. The bathroom and bed were good, and the kitchen came with utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and a stove.

My family and I felt right at home, thanks to the patient, helpful host who welcomed us so warmly. The place was comfortable, cozy, spacious, well located, and had everything we needed, including an iron, hair dryer, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, and microwave. There was even a little treat under the sink, a Serenata de Amor chocolate. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!

Awful service. I called, and the person who answered said they’d call me back. I was left standing at the door, and I’m still waiting.
