The staff were kind and polite, and the Wi-Fi was good. My room was bigger than we expected and very clean. The location is excellent. It’s undergoing refurbishment, so some issues in the common areas are normal.

The staff were especially helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is well located on Praia de Carmo, near what I think is the best beach in Vitoria and close to the pier with the statue of Yemanja.

The food was very good, and the waiters were efficient and the service really good. I have no complaints and plan to go back more often.

The hotel and restaurant are both overpriced, and neither delivers a good hospitality experience. I’d avoid this business.

Everything was great. The steak and drinks were perfect.
