Logic Hotel Volta Redonda

Really great, top-notch.

The staff were very kind, especially at the restaurant, and the service was very good. The hotel has nice facilities and serves a generous breakfast. My work team and I stayed for two nights. The first night was fine, but on the second, there was no water in our apartments, or anywhere in the hotel. Reception said it was a problem with the water pump. I understand that things go wrong, but management didn't contact the guests. I agree with others staying there that we should at least have been given a small bottle of water to wash our faces or brush our teeth in the morning. We left at 7 a.m. and the problem still hadn't been fixed. The restaurant staff showed real care and effort by putting together a very simple breakfast, served with disposable cutlery. Management's lack of attention was truly disappointing. That afternoon, a soccer team arrived at the hotel. I wonder if they were given different treatment.

The hotel had no water, the rooms had no soundproofing, and there was a lot of noise during the night. My room was very dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there was hair from other guests on the floor. The kitchen was missing basic utensils. After all that trouble, the hotel offered no solution.

The breakfast was great, with a nice setup and variety, and the staff were polite. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous. The reception and Mezanino service was excellent too, and the front desk staff brought me sheets and helped sort out the internet. There were a few problems, though. The treadmill in the gym was shorting out and its control panel was missing the start button. It seemed like an old issue, since another outlet was already charred and exposed. When I plugged it into a different outlet, that one shorted too and burned my hand as I pulled the plug out. At bedtime, the sheet was too short to cover the mattress, leaving half of it exposed. I called reception for two more sheets, then had to remove and remake the bed myself because it was already 10 p.m. The guest Wi-Fi also didn't work in room 413.
