Unit 66 was spotless and had a lovely ocean view, but the area behind it is rocky and rough, with no beach and no way to walk out into the water. Barbara, the manager, was very helpful with information about the culture and affordable luggage stores, and she took us to the airport on time. I appreciated the five-gallon water jugs. The first is free and each extra one costs $5. I would have given it five stars if the owner had invested in a better dining room set. The table is too narrow for the hanging light, and people in our group kept hitting their heads when getting up. The chairs were uncomfortable and cut off circulation if you sat for a while. My Pastor put a hand on the side of a chair to get up, and it tipped over. If those things were fixed, I think the owner would get all five star reviews.

The setting is what I liked most: beautiful scenery all around, and it’s quiet and peaceful. Nassau is about 25 minutes away, so it feels nicely tucked away.

The views are great, and the property gives you a nice mix of island scenery on land and out over the sea. The place is a little dated, and each unit has its own differences.
