Khangkhu Resort is close to Paro Airport, and the aircraft takeoffs and landings are the highlight. Watching planes cross the Himalayan valley is unforgettable. The mountain views also add to the peaceful feel of the comfortable rooms. We were welcomed warmly, and the Indian food was fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. After a long journey, those meals in Bhutan were especially welcome. A great pick for Paro if you want relaxing surroundings, tasty Indian food, and airport views.

The buffet food was decent, and the staff provided great service throughout. The rooms were big and clean, with a great view of planes landing and taking off. It's an excellent three-star hotel and I'd recommend it. We stayed in the blue poppy area, which meant a bit of uphill walking, but it was good daily cardio.

The teas were perfect, and breakfast was delicious. The place itself felt dreamy, and I wouldn't change a thing about the experience. My room was at the very top and the view didn't disappoint, though getting up there with luggage was a bit of a climb. The staff were super helpful and gave me a hand. I visited in February, and as a tropical island girl I found it really cold. The heaters didn't quite do the job, and the room didn't seem fully insulated, so I wore three layers under two comforters. The shower wasn't very warm either, though maybe I'm just sensitive to cold.

Sheff ganesh roy's cooking was especially good for Indians, and the whole team gave excellent service and hospitality. The response was excellent too. Please visit twice. Their service alone will make your Bhutan trip memorable.

The hotel staff were awesome, the rooms were kept clean, and the hospitality was excellent. Sheff ganesh roy was especially responsive and knew a lot about food. The food was excellent too, and it's highly suited for Indians. Seeing planes land and take off from this hotel is a next-level moment.
