Our Bhutan trip included a pleasant, comfortable stay at Hotel Tashiling, Paro. The staff were polite and supportive, and the rooms were clean, good and well maintained. We also enjoyed the tasty, well-prepared food. A satisfying place to stay in Paro, simple and comfortable, and I’d recommend it to travelers. 🇧🇹

A good value hotel, almost in the center of Paro city. Markets and restaurants are close by.

The water ran out halfway through our bath, and we had to leave without breakfast. The food wasn’t very good or plentiful. It was unpredictably cold, but there was no heater set up, and we had to keep asking them to provide one. The lift is very small too, and they were asking us to take the stairs most of the time. The stay wasn’t so good.

The rooms are okay, and the hotel is very near the market and central shopping area. The service could be better.

The breakfast was decent, and the housekeeping and service staff were amazing and very professional. I’d rate them 4/5, while the room gets 3/5. Mine was quite small, with hardly any space to walk around, and it was next to the elevator. It felt even tighter with a lot of luggage. There’s no fan, though opening the windows made the room comfortable. The location is great, on a busy street with lots of restaurants, cafes, craft shops and the local market nearby.
